Due to the nature of our body care products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@suetsol.com
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
If eligible, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund; whichever is most appropriate.
